Age Verification Process
crx bet takes its 18+ obligation seriously. Age verification is performed as part of the mandatory KYC process. All Players must submit a valid National Identity Card (NID) or equivalent government-issued identity document prior to processing any withdrawal request.
We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage, including immediately after registration, before a first deposit, or at any point during an account review. Accounts where age verification is pending or has been refused may be suspended with funds held pending resolution.
If we discover that a Player is under 18 years of age, we will:
- Immediately close the account;
- Withhold all winnings accumulated during the underage period;

One Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity documents, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Upon detecting duplicate accounts, crx bet will close all associated accounts except the earliest registered account (at our sole discretion), and may forfeit any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings derived from bonus funds held across the duplicate accounts. Repeated attempts to create multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.
Account Security & Password

Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Anti-Money Laundering

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by crx bet are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets on eligible games within the stated validity period of the bonus.
Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to the promotional balance section of your crx bet wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Bonus Validity & Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not redeemable by third parties. Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prohibited Bonus Activity
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited. Any Player found engaging in these activities will have their bonus forfeited, and may have their account suspended or permanently banned:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
- Using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk;
- Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion or bonus structure;

crx bet uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns associated with bonus abuse. We reserve the right to void bets and reverse associated winnings where abuse is detected.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the crx bet Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game types.
Placement of Bets
All bets placed on crx bet are final once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that bets are placed correctly — including the correct selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. crx bet will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of clearly verifiable technical errors on our part.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional status. crx bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without notice.
Game Outcomes & RNG

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly forbidden on the crx bet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to further action.
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with crx bet;

- Allow a third party to access or use your crx bet account on your behalf;

crx bet reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balance (real money and bonus), recovery of fraudulently obtained winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
crx bet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and any attempt to exploit the Platform. Confirmed violations will result in permanent bans and may be reported to relevant Bangladeshi authorities.
Account Closure & Suspension
Both Players and crx bet have the right to close or suspend an account under certain conditions. The process and implications are described below.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your crx bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after forfeiture of active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to our standard withdrawal processing times.

- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, with any remaining balance subject to an administrative fee as notified to the Player;
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held and not accessible until the investigation is resolved. crx bet will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability
The following provisions limit crx bet's liability to Players to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights.
Platform Availability
crx bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-ordered restrictions. crx bet accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that any open bets at the time of an unplanned outage are handled in accordance with our technical error policy.
Financial Losses from Gambling
